Dear (insert situation you're feeling feisty about) _____________________, today I choose peace over the power you're trying to exert over me. I choose to give you grace and strike you down with love and light within me. You try to shake me, overtake me, even strike me down, but I give my (insert the emotion you're feeling about the situation, examples: anger, fear, shame, disappointment, anxiety, pain, irritation) _____________________________ to you, my journal pages today. I ask Love to dissolve this situation and how I feel about it, to make it lighter, that I too may walk away feeling lighter, ready to stand in my Force power today. Thank you, journal. Thank you, Love. Now close your journal and walk away. You literally just set that stuff down! May the Force be with you!
